Please, please, please include the release date of the record in press releases, because that's how I organise everything, I search through my emails for Monday release dates. 5. New writers - I will get back to you. Maybe not for a while, though, sorry! 6. PRs - I work fulltime elsewhere, I don't have time to reply to all your emails, sorry. If the release date was included in the body of the email or you posted me a copy of the record, it should have been offered out, but it's a volunteer system, stuff isn't 'assigned' per se.
