The awards take place on February 17th at Earls Court in London. Deeley will be joined by a number of guest presenters, including Justin Timberlake.
Performances will include Beyoncé teaming up with OutKast, The Darkness, Dido and 50 Cent. The God-awful Black Eyed Peas will also make an appearance.
Timberlake was due to perform alongside Duran Duran, but could not fit rehersals into his schedule.
