We've always thought about doing some sort of poll-of-polls, and then - as is often the way with DiS - a member of the community took it upon themselves to start one. A Few Thoughts...

° The full list contains 630 different albums.
° Votes were totted up with 10 points awarded for position 1, 9 points for 2, 8 points for three, etc...
° Only 21 points separated albums listed from 30-10, so the positioning of it was all very, very close.
° The debate as to which Radiohead and Weezer albums the DiS boards prefer is over (until the next time someone mentions it).
° Three of DiS' editors top 10, didn't even make the top 101 (see here for my list).
° Fleetwood Mac's Rumours didn't even get one vote?!?!
° There's a weird lack of electronic releases, perhaps due to there being so many personal favourites, making it harder for them to rise to the top, so yesterday we started a thread to find out what the DiS community's favourite Electronic album is.
