Zola Jesus seems to be getting a fair bit of attention, presumably for her dark and moody compositions. Very nocturnal they are. She's also been doing her bit by supporting Fever Ray on her current UK tour, so good for her and good for both of them really. Indeed, there is currently a thread on our boards about ZJ, it includes all sorts of things, both positive and negative, though primarily positive, I should add. Rightly so.
The video for Zola Jesus's 'Sea Talk' - a track contained on the recently released Stridulum II - has been knocking about for a few days in various places, but we just stumbled across a Vimeo link for it, which was most welcome. Watch it below, directed by Jacqueline Castel.

Miss Jesus (that is not her real surname, by the way) plays one more date in the UK, which takes place tomorrow at the Brixton Academy, continuing her support of Fever Ray. She then heads off to mainland Europe and then back to the US and Canada. Click here for all of that.
