YES we/DiS is returning to Summer Sundae this year.
YES we have been upgraded to the second stage.
YES we've booked lots of our favourite bands.
YES you can come join us...
Oh yes, yes, YES! DiS is very excited to confirm the first names (YES that means there are more names to be announced!) for our huuuuge stage at Summer Sundae. As per the headline, we've got The Futureheads and Los Campesinos! and they will be joined by Frightened Rabbit and Errors. We doubt these acts need much introduction to regular readers but if you dunno who these bands is, here's our Youtubez with ah quick ree-mine-dah:
Ok, so those last two might not be THE OFFICIAL videos!
In previous years, the DiS stage at Summer Sundae has featured the likes of Mum, Wild Beasts, Gold Panda, Howling Bells, Fu(k Buttons, Youthmovies, Noah & the Whale and various others. The year's Summer Sundae takes place at De Montfort Hall in Leicester from August 13th-15th. The DiS stage (The Indoor Stage) this year will take place on the Sunday, so book the Monday off work now, and book a train/coach ticket whilst they're bargains. Various acts have been confirmed for the festival so far, including Tinchy Stryder, Mumford & Sons, The Fall, Goldheart Assembly and others.
