Alarmed by the ridiculously high prices My Bloody Valentine reunion tickets are currently going for on eBay, a fourth London date has been scheduled.
The act will now play an extra show at the Roundhouse in Camden on the 23rd of June next year.
The announcement marks the third raft of dates to be announced so far for the seminal act. A few tickets remain for the last nights at the Manchester Apollo (Sun 29 Jun) and Glasgow Barrowlands (Thur 3rd July) – get them from venue box offices or SeeTickets.com.

Oh really
"Alarmed by the ridiculously high prices My Bloody Valentine reunion tickets are currently going for on eBay"
So will they keep adding dates until the bottom drops out of the market? Hmmm I wonder...
What's the answer? Who knows? Maybe a lottery where you have to enter your passport number, then bring it along on the night to gain entry. Yes, it excludes loads of people, but it's not like huge eBay prices are democratic or inclusive.
Anyone else got any ideas?
lol.
it's really not that hard to stop tickets being sold on (hello glastonbury). it's just that ticket companies and ebay really couldn't care less.
Thank you for this posting
It made my day. Though also made me temporarily £117 poorer than I was a few minutes ago.
You spent £117 on a ticket?!
I'm about to get one for 30, I don't even care that it's Sunday.
yeh
they could just make all gigs which they perceive (or maybe even all..) to have a high demand ticketless. - so you have to take the card you brought the tickets with to the gig to get in.
The majority of gigs/festival ticks can only be brought online now anyway right, with only a minority of tickets going to venues outlets (Hi, high booking fee...).
then they would also save on not having to post out however many tickets.
Oh, wait, there are tickets left for Monday.
Confusion. Panic. Confusion.
Buckled...
and bought ticket. Quite excited.
Last saw MBV in 1989.
Portsmouth Poly. Supported by Silverfish. They were rather good. So loud the PA broke into matchwood.
Ears are still ringing.
I just bought for the Sunday.
Having never been able to see them first time around [being only 20 and all], this is going to be better than seing Sonic Youth.
If my ears don't bleed I shall lose all faith in humanity.
Thank you!
Two tickets for monday bought. Hurrah!
i bought one from the roundhouse website
for £26, i don't understand why you spent £30 and more!
Anyway i did buy a ticket and i'm proud of it and i won't ask for guest list!!!
^^ this
as well as thwarting the touts, it'd save on paper, it'd avoid the trouble of people not receiving tickets posted out to them... i imagine the reason it doesn't happen is most of the ticket companies love to charge you for that bit of paper they send you, and of course the astronomical admin costs involved in having a bunch of envelopes franked and posted.
Full reunion?
I know they are using the old pics in the ad's but is it really Colm, Belinda and Debbie as well as Sir Shields? Isn't Debbie Goodge a London cabbie now? (whispers... it could be shit) They were the loudest band I ever saw (Birmingham institute in 1991) and Itreasure the pain!
1989 tour with Silverfish
Saw it at Reading uni. My second ever gig (1st Top supported by Cranberries!)
I have been waiting for a gig to be as loud ever since!
Can't wait for this!
