Bearsuit have just finished their new album, and will preview it at a special show next week.
Speaking to DiS, Lisa from the band had this to say:
"Okay, so you've been waiting and waiting for us to get our asses into gear and come up with the bestest ever new album and by jove, I think we've done it!
"Yep, the recording is all done and mixing is just being tweaked as we speak. And - I don't wanna sound big headed or nuffink but - it is sounding pretty damn fine!
"'We wanna hear it!' I hear you say. Well we're not sure exactly when it will be out BUT we will be playing all the songs off it in full at a special exclusive preview gig for our hometown fans in Norwich."
The gig will take place at B2, ("Next door to the Brickmakers on Sprowston Road," apparently), next Friday 26th January. Doors are at 8pm, and support comes from Retro Spankees and Das Wanderlust all for just £4.
Not sure how to get there? Here's a map. Handy, eh?
"AND as if that wasn't enough, me, Jan and Cerian will be bringing you possibly the last ever KEYTARDED show tomorrow night (Friday) at Norwich Arts Centre. We've got a whole new jive-bunny mega-mix style rap medley, with our very own dance troup of strapping lads to pull some gangsta shapes.
"Iain will be wearing a gold wonder bra and shiny hot pants for Keytarded."
Transmission ends.
