It'll be no great surprise if The Antlers' Burst Apart features quite highly in our end of year list. Although we do like to keep you guessing, so nothing is a dead cert around these parts. Still, it's a great record. And good news follows in the announcement of a new EP from the band, released later this month (via Pitchfork).
The EP's name is (together) and will be released on November 22 through Frenchkiss, in the US at least. We await details of a UK release. It also features some guest collaborators, including Bear In Heaven, Neon Indian and Nicole Adkins. Tracklist below.
- Parentheses (PVT remix)
- Tongue Tied
- French Exit (SNRF version)
- I Don't Want Love (Peter's version)
- VCR (The xx cover)
- Hounds ft. Nicole Atkins
- Rolled Together ft. Neon Indian
- Parentheses ft. Bear in Heaven
You can also watch a video for 'Rolled Together', with Neon Indian over on Pitchfork if you fancy it.
