Goldmund announces new album, download 'Shenandoah' now
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater October 6th, 2011

Goldmund aka Helios, aka Keith Kenniff is an artist of much quality who has an impeccable collection of records behind his various names, including last year's superb Famous Places. There's another release from KK on the way under the Goldmund moniker. It's All Will Prosper and is getting a release on December 6 on Western Vinyl.

Unfortunately that just appears to be the US release date, so we are unsure of when/if it will be released in the UK, but we wait and hope. Regardless, there's a free track that you can download which is taken from All Will Propser. It's called 'Shenandoah' and is available to download directly from here.

If you want to know a bit more about All Will Propser then look no further. It's actually a collection of 14 Civil War-era folk songs, as well as a newer, modern track. The Civil War is an area Kenniff has studied at great length and has a large interest in. Tracklisting and artwork below:

  1. The Death of General Wolfe
  2. Ashoken Farewell
  3. All Quiet on the Potomac
  4. Amazing Grace
  5. Dixie
  6. The Flag of Coumbia Shall Float O'er Us Still
  7. The Ballad of Barbara Allen
  8. Johnny Has Gone for a Soldier
  9. Battle Cry of Freedom
  10. Shenandoah
  11. Who'll Save the Left
  12. Just Before the Battle Mother
  13. The Yellow Rose of Texas
  14. Bonnie Blue Flag
  15. When Johnny Comes Marching Home
