SCREAM, for the soundtrack for the new Twilight film (yes, another one, it's a massive franchise, don't you know?) has been announced and, as ever, it features a long list of hip, cool and fashionable stars from around the indieverse. The new film is called Twilight: Eclipse, just in case you were wondering. Tracklisting for the OST is below:
- Eclipse (All Yours) by Metric
- Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever) by Muse
- Ours by The Bravery
- Heavy In Your Arms by Florence + The Machine
- My Love by Sia
- Atlas performed by Fanfarlo
- Chop And Change by The Black Keys
- Rolling In On A Burning Tire by The Dead Weather
- Let’s Get Lost by Beck and Bat For Lashes
- Jonathan Low by Vampire Weekend
- With You In My Head (feat The Black Angels) by UNKLE
- A Million Miles An Hour by Eastern Conference Champions
- Life On Earth by Band of Horses
- What Part Of Forever by Cee-Lo
- Jacob’s Theme by Howard Shore
It'll get a release on June 7 through Atlantic. The first single will be track two, 'Neutron Star Collision' by Muse. The actual film itself will hit cinema screens on June 30. It stars, we are told, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson (happy birthday!), Taylor Lautner and some other people, including the superbly named Dakota Fanning.
The Bat For Lashes track also appears to be a duet with Beck, which could be quite something. Wanna see the front cover? Good, because it's below and is fairly predictable.
