Grrl-pop guitar heroines We Start Fires set the UK ablaze this month in the wake of the release of their adrenaline-frazzled debut 'Caught Redhanded', out on Head Girl Records.

Saw these guys last night at Leeds after seeing the ad in the NME, just thought i'd check them out on the off chance - glad I did, they rocked! Anyone who gets the chance to see them definitley should - well impressed by the drummer,

I think i might have tried it on with Nicki @ The Sugarmill in Stoke when they supported 9 Black alps.
