The band's label, Nonesuch, has pushed back the release date of their new album, 'A Ghost Is Born', to allow for the treatment. The provisional release date is June 22nd.
Tweedy was shown suffering from migraines in the band's documentary 'I Am Trying To Break Your Heart', which followed the recording of their fourth record, 'Yankee Hotel Foxtrot'. It is thought that the reliance on painkillers stemmed from these frequent migraines.
