Singer Steve Bays told us that the video (which includes his sister in the crowd) is of the "live concept" kind. "Shooting videos is not something I particularly enjoy - singing and dancing to the same song for 12 hours - but I definitely enjoy the final product."
It's been about a year since the album 'Make Up The Breakdown' touched down in America and Canada, and this March in the UK, so we enquired about new material. "We're always working on stuff," he says. "We have a million ideas floating around - stuff on dictaphones, on a couple of computers, in our heads. We have a couple that are completed and a bunch of other stuff in the works."
"I feel we can do something similar, just a lot better. With 'Make up the Breakdown' we were trying to find a new sound, and that hasn't been completed yet. It's inevitably going to be different as we've been on tour for 14 months and we've changed as people and musicians. I'm just really excited about it. We recorded the last one in six days and with more time to work on it, the next record's gonna be crazy."
The full interview will appear on DiS soon.
The band are current on tour in America with French Kicks, The Joggers and Ima Robot. They return to the UK for a short tour next month.
