Rufus Wainwright returns with new album in September...
The follow-up to the 2001 critical fave, 'Poses', will be released in the USA on September 23rd. Dreamworks are handling the release internationally and will soon be announcing the UK street date (likely to be September 22nd).
The new album is called 'Want One' and was produced by Bjork-collaborator Marius De Vries. Due to the overwhelming success of the sessions, a second volume of the album will be released early next year, possibly under the title 'Want Two'.
