Lightyear: Back On The Road
_kp_ by Kate Price April 2nd, 2003
Derby's finest ska-punk hoodlums, Lightyear will be blasting their way around the country over the next few months, no doubt leaving a heavy trail of chaos and warped minds in their wake.

The tour will see the bands return to live circuit after taking a while out for this months recording of their second album. Over the coming weeks Chas & co will be banging it out in the studio with Capdown and Earthtone 9’s previous producer, Dave Chang. The new album should hit the shelves as the tour comes to a close towards the end of June.

The band will make appearances on the following dates…

May

03 - High Wycombe White Horse
04 - Peterborough Park
10 - Dublin Temple
14 - Exeter Cavern
15 - Bristol Station
17 - Cardiff MS1
18 - Stoke Sugarmill
20 - Newcastle Uni
21 - Leeds Josephs Well
23 - Manchester Hop & Grape
24 - Bedford Esquires
25 - Brighton Concorde 2
28 - Birmingham Academy 2

June

20 - Hartlepool Studio
21 - Morcambe Dome (Holidays In The Sun)
28 - Harlow Square
