City Slang want a new logo
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver December 9th, 2005

Quality label City Slang (mmm Lambchop Broken Social Scene mmm) are tired with their current logo, and are asking fans to submit new designs.

A statement from the label reads:
"City Slang was always about being, uhm, being opinionated, and sharp. While we always also tried to be nice we did end up sometimes, being obnoxious. Sadly we never had a logo that matched all that. Our logos throughout the last 15 years, well, they served their purpose. But man are we bored with them!!"

The winning artist will receive every City Slang record released in 2006, delivered to their door, as well as having their design plastered all over the records in question.

Anyone wishing to enter must send their design to info@cityslang.com (no files over 1MB) by 15th January. More information is available here.
