Green Day were surrounded by screaming fans at the premiere of their new DVD in Leicester Square yesterday evening.
The band arrived to promote the forthcoming release of their live DVD, Bullet In A Bible, recorded at the Milton Keynes Bowl, and were promptly mobbed by admirers.
Singer Billie Joe Armstrong told BBC 6 Music that the band plan to take a break after the current promotional tour:
"We'll go back and start writing songs and just kinda take it slow, y'know, just take our time and no rush. We're always kinda writing stuff and it's just a matter of it all coming together and making sense."
Bullet In A Bible is released on CD and DVD on November 14th.
