Matthew Herbert is a man who likes to embark on a "project" or two. His latest and perhaps most interesting one was the One Pig album, which was the story of a pig, from birth to...well, being eaten, in audio form. He played a One Pig show at the Royal Opera House a few weeks ago, too, a review for that is on the way.
