Not quite hot off the press, given further details started to surface at the tail-end of last week, but such wholesome metal takes a while to work its way through the system.
As previously reported, Metallica return on September 12 with the Rick Rubin-produced Death Magnetic, preceded by the single ‘The Day That Never Comes’.
There’s now a tracklist for you to gnaw at:
‘That Was Just Your Life’
‘The End Of The Line’
‘Broken, Beat & Scarred’
‘The Day That Never Comes’
‘All Nightmare Long’
‘Cyanide’
‘The Unforgiven III’
‘The Judas Kiss’
‘Suicide & Redemption’
‘My Apocalypse’
And here’s a slice, taken from their performance at this year’s Ozzfest:
- Metallica to release French concert DVD, Francais Pour Une Nuit
- Reading & Leeds 2008: all of our content compiled

but it's not 'St. Anger' either
Good God
I'm glad I don't listen to metal much any more.
Especially with track names like "The Unfogiven III"
Woaaah - Woooahhoooo-woah x3
etc...
Sounds good
"Are you sure?"
YEAH!
I SAID ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT!?!?
?!?!?!"$(*
not bad
