Swedish sensation Lykke Li will release a new single, 'Breaking it Up', on August 18, and has announced a series of October tour dates.

The acclaimed singer - DiScovered - brings the sounds of her Youth Novels album (review) to the stage in September/October as follows:

I had a ticket for the Albert in Brighton (small venue) june 6th but Melting Vinyl the promoter convieniently cancelled saying Lykke Li was ill despite being on the radio the day before when she sounded fine.
Now i have to wait until october and at a much larger venue, is someone making more money here ie promoter
