Primal Scream to play 'secret' Glasgow show

Primal Scream are to preview tracks from their forthcoming Beautiful Future LP at a (not so) secret show in Glasgow on July 7.

The venue in question is under wraps however, but fans can win tickets by clicking to the band's official website, here.

The band's new single, 'Can't Go Back', is released on July 14, with Beautiful Future following a week later.

that the venue it'll be held in is Rockers

i would like to think that the new album will be a return to form of sorts as the last few efforts were dissappionting, or are they just content with radio friendly 'Country Girl' fodder these days?...
