Radiohead, NIN, Rage Against the Machine and KanYe for Lollapalooza 2008, probably

The organisers of Lollapalooza 2008 have sorted themselves some massive headline acts.

This year’s event in Chicago will see headline slots from Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails (pictured), Rage Against the Machine, Kanye West, The Raconteurs and Wilco, reports Jim Derogatis on his Chicago Sun-Times ‘blog.

Other names at Grant Park from the 1st ‘til the 3rd of August include, Derogatis says, Gnarls Barkley, Broken Social Scene, The Black Keys, Bloc Party, Cat Power, Battles, Girl Talk and Stephen Malkmus.

Three-day tickets for Perry Farrell’s festival are available now at advance prices of $190.

The official announcement is expected on Monday (7 Apr) and is also rumoured to include G. Love & Special Sauce, Blues Traveler, Mates of State, Kid Sister, Office, The Cool Kids, The Go! Team, Jamie Lidell and Grizzly Bear.
