Iron & Wine among dozens of new names for Green Man
A whole load of names have just been confirmed for this year’s Green Man festival.
Is Sam Beam the special guest touted last month? The whole list, initially:
Iron & Wine
Drive By Truckers
The Cave Singers
King Creosote
Caribou
Magik Markers
Devon Sproule
Alela Diane
Jennifer Gentle
The Accidental
The Drift Collective
Cath and Phil Tyler
The Moon Music Orchestra
One More Grain
The Yellow Moon Band
Duke Garwood
Threatmantics
Mugstar
Radio Luxemburg
Cymbiant
Beth Jeans Houghton
Brygyn
Highlights from that? The allure of Iron and Wine and Magik Markers should be obvious and I hear people are into this Caribou guy.
Further down the bill, One More Grain should not be missed, while Radio Luxembourg should be praised simply for not being ‘Luxembourg’. Super Furry Animals and Beirut have already been confirmed for Green Man.
Tickets for Green Man, which runs from the 15th ‘til the 17th of August, are no on sale at a price of £105 for an adult weekend ticket here.

Hmm,
No one in that list makes me excited, mainly because I haven't heard of most of them! Still going though.

"One More Grain should not be missed"
disagreed. id rather kick a ball against a wall for 45 minutes.
I'd rather get kicked in the balls
Probably not for 45 minutes though. That would just be silly.
