Watch: new video from The Whitest Boy Alive

It won’t surprise you, perhaps, that the latest video from The Whitest Boy Alive is a stripped-back affair. Arriving from their Berlin base in simple pencil outlines, the latest visual accompaniment to ‘Golden Cage’ comes courtesy of animator Geoff McFetridge.
Within its two dimensions lines turn into knives, monsters sleep in the beds and characters draw themselves, which makes McFetridge’s contribution seems as effortless as the band’s – bass pacing absent-mindedly, trebled guitar idling, cool vocals gracing the song with their presence at distant intervals.
The previous video for ‘Golden Cage’ can be found here; while the track is released as a single on the 17th of March through Modular.
