Not fortunate to have a berth for the next ATP? Curators Portishead announced their first headlining show for ten years over the weekend.
The band will play at the Bristol Academy on the 15th of December, a week after this pair of shows at All Tomorrow’s Parties in Minehead.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, 7th of December at 9.30am. Available from TicketWeb, they’ll cost you £25.
The three-piece have now also set a release date for their new record – the as-yet-untitled effort will be released, apparently, on the 31st of March.

Oh fer christs' sake
I leave the near-Bristol area to go home for christmas earlier that day...
Crikey
What will Portishead sound like in 2008? It'll be like warping back to the 90s. In a good way.
