Super Furries offer free xmas track: clever title a bonus

Everybody’s favourite favourites, Super Furry Animals, are to give away a free MP3. On Christmas Day. What makes this even better? The track is the cleverly-titled ‘The Gift That Keeps On Giving’.
The track can currently be found on the band’s last album, Hey Venus!, which was naturally fantastic. Rather just a single-track promotional cop-out, the song will be available with a b-side and new, exclusive artwork by noted designer Tanaami.
As well as a pre-Christmas radio station tie-in gig in Cardiff on 12th December, the band are heading up their own New Year's Eve Extravaganza at the Royal Festival Hall. This is also pretty wicked.
In extra festive news, it appears that from 17th December, the Furries will be launching an online calendar which counts down to the New Year with daily SFA offerings and bits and bobs.
You will be able to access the calendar via: www.superfurry.com/gift. But not quite yet.

for SFA that song
is a pretty lame selection.
balls!
It's a classic tune, probably my fave from the album. Go furries go!
^ this
specifically the last bit. it's by no means a bad song, but then they don't write bad songs.
I hope
they give it as good a video as the one for Run Away.

Chart round-up: just one falsetto, give it to me...
