DiS vs Crossfire Halloween boat party: blood, gore, and rock 'n' roll

Calm down, Zombie Horde. You can still get yourself down on the list for next Friday's super-gory zombie-themed* boat party, presented by Crossfire and DiS in association with Vans.

All tickets are a fiver, and can be reserved by e-mailing me on mike DOT diver AT drownedinsound DOT com; all you need then do is pay your fiver on arrival to the Yacht Club (Embankment, London; nearest Tube is Temple; doors 8pm-3am).

On the decks: Crossfire DJs, DiS DJs, Radio 1's Daniel P. Carter and more. Expect: rock and indie, hip-hop, fist-punching anthems, Halloween ghoulishness, booze all over the sticky floor, dancing and snogging, blood.

*You can also come dressed in your finest trailer trash rags, if y'like.
