Embrace Cancel European Tour
oappleby by Ollie Appleby October 31st, 2001
Embrace have been forced to cancel their European tour after US co-headliners Dave Matthews Band pulled out of the German leg of the tour

Citing "recent global events" and the need to be close to family and friends the Dave Matthews Band made the last minute cancellation.

Embrace, who started their UK tour last night at a sold out Norwich UEA, are hoping to be able to reschedule their European dates but they are unlikely to happen before the New Year. The band have apologised to fans for any disappointment caused by the cancellation of the shows, the decision on which was out of their hands.

The band's new single 'Make It Last' is released this Monday (November 5th) on 2 x CD and DVD formats. Both CDs feature 2 new and exclusive B Sides. CD1 also includes the video to 'Make It Last' and the DVD features live footage from SG#6 (Batsford Manor).
