Battles have announced details of a new release, featuring remixes from some interesting guests.
'Tonto' is the next release from the Brooklyn quartet - see the video at the band's MySpace here.
Meanwhile, the EP - available on CD and 12" - includes reworkings of the title track from the likes of Four Tet and Kompakt's The Field.
The CD also features live versions of the same song and 'Leyendecker' - and both formats boast a cut of the latter by DJ EMZ and Latino Brooklyn rhymer Joell Ortiz.
The EP is out worldwide on the 22nd of October - except in the US where it's out on November 6th.
A bonus DVD will accompany both formats - on it will be the videos for 'Atlas' and 'Tonto' as well as a 'Tonto' 'making of'.
Eyes out for an interview with Battles' Tyondai, coming soon on DiS.
