WIN! Great gig tickets: Foals, of Montreal, Architecture In Helsinki...
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver July 27th, 2007

It's Friday! Hurray! And what better way is there to celebrate the start of the weekend than giving away some Really Good Actually gig tickets? There isn't one. Except drinking, lots, obviously.

Here's what's on the giveaway menu...

FOALS (pictured), at a special Skins party...
August 2, Bristol (venue TBA - invite-only show!)
Wanna go? You must be over 18 and in Bristol by early afternoon on the day in question. We've a pair of tickets to give away for this special Foals gig, which is to be filmed for use in an upcoming special episode of Channel 4 television show Skins. The winner will have further details sent to them via e-mail on July 31.

OF MONTREAL
August 2, London Scala
Of ('of', sorry) Montreal play songs from their Hissing Fauna... LP, with support from Pull Tiger Tail and Wave Machines at London's lovely Scala venue. We've a pair of tickets to give away for this show, to be collected on the door on the night.

ARCHITECTURE IN HELSINKI
August 6, London Hoxton Bar & Grill
The Australian indie-popsters launch their new album, Places Like This (due out August 13), with this special show at one of London's more intimate venues. We've five pairs of tickets to give away for this show - to be collected on the door. Support on the night comes from Max Tundra on the decks.

To win tickets, simply (and this IS simple) e-mail the address below writing the name of the artist you want to see in the subject line. Easy! Really, really easy. It is Friday, after all...

Here's the address you need: mike DOT diver AT drownedinsound DOT com

Winners will be contacted via e-mail on Monday July 30. Good luck!
