Scottish merchants in fuzzed-out cool The Jesus And Mary Chain have announced a date at Brixton Academy on September 7.
The performance will follow a string of European festival dates over the summer and will be their first on UK shores since last week’s appearance at Meltdown.
A new album, their first since 1998’s Munki, is allegedly in the pipeline. Tickets for the concert will be £25 a pop, you can get ‘em from www.ticketweb.co.uk.
