The Blow goes solo (YACHT sails away)

The Blow, the one-piece turned two-piece responsible for 2006's sweet, beat-laden Paper Television album, has lost a member.
This from The Blow's MySpace bulletin:
"Don't worry everyone, The Blow is not done making music and touring. Jona (Bechtolt) decided he wants to focus on YACHT (his solo project) so he won't be making the beats anymore, but Khaela (Maricich) is still going strong! you definitely haven't heard the last of The Blow."
Having seen Khaela perform solo twice in two hours recently, this writer can report that the live shows were no less engaging or compelling sans-Jona, but it's sure to make a noticeable difference to the recorded output.
A reminder, if needed, that teamwork pays off:
mmm

I love them
and this song. But haven't seen the video...
that was the other option for the pun.
went for a nice play on words instead. mm.
Hmmm
Both verry good.
Oh well.
Wasn't she solo before anyway?
I'm a little bit sad, but I'm sure it will still be most excellent.
YACHT also rules.
first sentence of the article.
i don't know how it's going to go with khaela doing the beats again. i think she might try to emulate jona's work.
fingers crossed it's good though!
