Lily Allen: "I've got to stop abusing myself"

Currently caught in the middle of a DiS competition - click here - London-based pop lass Lily Allen has confessed via the medium of MySpace - but everyone is on Facebook now, Lily! - that she's a little too fond of the demon drink.

Following her admission in the popular press that's she's unhappy with her weight (oh come on girl, there's next to nothing to you!), Lily has told her online fanbase that she's an alcoholic.

She wrote:

"I'm an alcoholic now. It's not good and that's why I want to get back into the studio. I've actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up. I've got to stop abusing myself because as far as I'm concerned every loon hates me now."

Which makes us not loons, then. All the best Lily - we've plenty of tea and biscuits, if you need to come over.
