They may have only just seen their debut album onto the shelves, but Klaxons are already talking up their next release.
"We would very much like to make an R&B record. If we could afford it," the band's James Righton told MTV.
The band also revealed that they've set their sights on working with hip-hop giants Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.
Speaking before the band signed a US deal with Rinse/DGC, Jamie Reynolds revealed that: "The most interesting thing for us would be to work with Dr. Dre or Snoop Dogg."
"But if we did do that [record] deal we would probably jeopardise our future working with Dr. Dre."
Keeping their eyes set firmly West, the band have announced a tour of the states set to commence this Spring. So, for our cross-Atlantic readers, here are the dates:

New rave only ever existed in the heads of London's fashion elite and gay community, they were just looking for an excuse to wear shite clothes best left in 1991.
As for Klaxons the only thing remotely rave about them is their reviews.
!
Rhythm & Blues. Not this cack that is usually played on the radio under the title of R&B.
Either way, I was tres disappointed by the Klaxons album...shame.
yes!
ta!
:O they mustnt
Im shocked!!!!! they cant do this but but but i love the klaxons theyre like my favourtite band but if they do this i might just have to disown them, i dont wanna do that though!!! theyre too great to do an "r&b" song with snoop dogg and dr.dre, that would just lose theyre real fans, including me because i am a very valuble fan pft, but then theyll attract stupid chavvy fans, yuk, it hurts to even think that, gosh,
