Battles reveal new album details

We have Battles in our lives!

The NYC four-piece have announced details of their debut album, the follow-up to the album-of-sorts EP C/B EP, which was released on two discs by Warp last year.

Mirrored is to be released in May, again through Warp; it'll be preceded by a single, 'Atlas', which'll see both the digital and physical light of day on April 2.

The album features vocals - whoa! - and Pitchfork has compared what they've heard to The Knife. Which is A Good Thing. Generally.
