Kaiser Chiefs sell-out Doncaster. Wow?
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver January 29th, 2007

Yorkshire tykes Kaiser Chiefs have sold-out a one-off show at Doncaster's Dome venue in, like, seconds.

Actually, they're hardly tykes, are they? They've got to be thirty-something apiece, right?

But we digress: the quintet's gig in Doncaster, a special Radio 1 presentation, was announced on Chris Moyles' breakfast show this morning, and tickets sold out in minutes. Which are made up of seconds. Shush.

The gig - to be held on February 9 - will be broadcast on Zane Lowe's show on February 12. BBC viewers can also watch it via their red button. The one that doesn't erase history.

Like in Ren & Stimpy. Know which one I mean? THIS ONE.

Kaiser Chiefs release a new single, 'Ruby', on February 19. Their second album, Yours Truly, Angry Mob, follows on February 26.
