DiS Radio honoured by Record of the Day award
Drowned in Sound was last night handed a 'Best Music Podcast' award by the folks of Record of the Day at their third annual Record of the Day Awards for Music Journalism and PR.
You can see DiS pictured above, holding our award for dear life. We were also lucky enough to be listed as a runner-up to the excellent and worthy Popjustice in the category of Best Online Music Magazine.
A good night was had by all, culminating in rousing karaoke performances by DiS staffers Colin Roberts (pictured; left) and Mike Diver (pictured; right) of the classics 'I Predict a Riot' and 'Fight for Your Right (To Party)'.
