Chinese Democracy not out next week. World remains stony-faced.

The long-awaited (or not, as we all stopped caring a long time ago) new album from Guns N' Roses, Chinese Democracy, will not be released next week.
A release date of November 21 had been rumoured - we reported it here, no less - but the band's label Universal is yet to receive any material at all. Which suggests said record isn't, y'know, finished.
Expect it to hit stores sometime in the summer of 2009.
In related news, a GN'R DVD, Live In Chicago, is to be released on February 5. It is, unsurprisingly, footage of a gig in Chicago. Expect to hear and see the likes of 'Mr Brownstone' and 'It's So Easy' performed.

if this album is pant-shittingly good
are people going to riots in the streets? go after axl rose?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
this just gets funnier and funnier. I forgot this was meant to be coming out in november
he should
hire jack black as the new guitarist.
it's good to keep all the cunts in one place.
maybe
axl is being ironic and the name suggests he is waiting for actual democray in the peoples republic of china? maybe neither will be fully achieved? or is axl not that clever?
.
He looks like Jim Smith, former Derby manager. With a ginger beard.
Rammy
Jim Smith, spot on!!
This LP, whether it comes, or not, I ain't bovvered.
...
I'm with the "stopped caring ages ago".
Let's be honest though, surely this has to be nothing short of the best album in the history of the world to justify this amount of cocking about? Except, oh, it won't be.
It'll suck anyways
Its true

Why does he even bother he's had his day! if the mighty slash can't right any decent songs now how does axl stand a chance
he's obviously
tinkering with the bridge of the third power ballads on the 4th disc.

Did you hear the songs "leaked" on t'internet?
They were timelessly shite.

He's still trying to recover from getting bitchslapped by Tommy Hilfiger, methinks.
This picture
is genius. However..he...is a twat.
Bumblefoot
The new(-est? Any sackings/hirings this week?) guitarist's solo stuff is very very silly. And also quite incredible. Just wait for the solo. Oh yes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWGKzgUCNzs
