Warchild benefit tracklisting revealed
A significantly healthy choice of the UK's finest talent are in studios across the world as we speak/write recording Help: A Day in the Life' for the Warchild charity. The LP of newly-recorded material and a host of covers will be available to download tomorrow (September 9th) at 99p per track. Independiente will also release the collection as a CD on September 26th. The full tracklisting is as follows:

you can rip the audio into a nice unprotected mp3 using some sort of stream ripper program (i like 'sound capture') it's a bit messy, but akin to recording protected cds through an phono output on your stereo... drm are easy to crack if you have the inclination.
Keane and Faultline together sounds... well, i don't think i'd like to speculate what it will sound like. hm.

I'll get some of the tracks off the CD because I like the artist, but I don't agree with the charity completely. You either love humans and the lives of all humans or you don't love anyone. I don't want to get into a debate about it but making one group of people's lives, in this case children's, more cherished than others is wrong in my opinion.

Children quite often get left alone in war/disaster zones, and are far more open to exploitation than adults are. Go read about child soldiers in Sierra Leone and tell me it isn't horrific what happens to a lot of children - brainwashing, physical abuse, forced drug abuse. Not nice.
