The Only Terrestrial Television Music-Related Show Worth Watching, Popworld, is to return for a new series on September 17th.

Yes, that's a Saturday.

So, where CD:UK and TOTP have failed, Popworld hopes to succeed. What's more, Myleen Klass isn't on board. We think.

But Simon probably is. And that girl whose name we can't spell.

Hi, Im new and all but I think if there has to be worthless kiddie pop bullshit TV shows they may as well be presented by a little sarcastic prick rather than one of the sycophants that say stuff like Lemar's the new Marvin Gaye or Joss Stone's the new Janis Joplin. He's by far the lesser of the evil that is tweeny TV presenters

He's funny. He makes what would otherwise be more bland telly worth watching and has the ability to provoke laughter.
he is not a comedy God, as is proven by that other crock of shit programme he was on "the morning after show" or something.

Just to chuck my tuppence in... if it wasn't for Simon there's no way i'd bother watching Popworld, he says what most people think.

Rather see him on telly than Edith Bowman brown-nosing Razorlight or Babyshambles. Lets face it, both of them bands are awful, someones got to tell them!
