Hmmm. Got the first three. Of these new ones, 4 and 5 look good and 6 and 7 look dodgy.

We need one of these for Hammer and Tongs - their videos are ace.

Re: New Directors Label DVDs on their way

The Jonathan Glazer one doesn't look as value for money as the others, does it?

New Directors Label DVDs on their way

Well I sertainly won't be buying the one with the commercials...yuk. I have one of the ones in this series, which is very good.

Re: New Directors Label DVDs on their way

the michael gondry one is definitely the best dvd in the series IMO

Re: New Directors Label DVDs on their way

That's a somewhat jaded attitude to take- Jonathan Glazer is probably the best of the directors represented in the new batch and alot of his adverts are really great. Terry Gilliam and Federico Fellini have both made adverts; it's not necessarily anything to be ashamed of- unless you make the Daz Doorstep Challenge. I suspect Aardman's 1990's turnover was largely supported by the Creature Comforts adverts, so just imagine what would have happened had they not made those: we wouldn't have had... um.... Chicken Run. Ah.
