Hot Snakes: Last EVER UK show

You might just have stumbled across this information on the boards, but...

Hot Snakes, who recently announced their intention to quit, are to play one final, farewell UK show at London's Camden Underworld on Thursday 11th August.

The quartet will be joined by the excellent Ted Leo and the Pharmacists.*

Hmm, these are one of those bands I've always thought I should check out. So I'm gonna do it immediatley and then maybe go if I like them, before it's too late.

If you like fast punk rock full of both melody and bite then you'll LOVE it.
Really, one of the best live bands I've ever had the fortune to see.

Bad news:
I am meant to be in France on August 11th.

Do I:

a) go to France with the girlfriend and her family for a week of lazy days by a pool with wine and cheese for company, OR

b) fuck it off - I can go to France whenever - and stay home FOR THIS?
