Long-time producer Tony Doogan is again at the helm and sessions will be taking place in their native city.
In addition to that, the band and Super Furry Animals will be appearing in a dj tag-team set at 'fun raisin', which is a fund-raiser for Dax Pierson, who was seriously injured in a tour bus accident in late February. The event takes place on May 9th at the Scala, London.
Aside from that, Stuart Braithwaite and Barry Burns of the 'gwai have contributed to Arab Strap man Malcolm Middleton's second solo album. The Delgados' Paul Savage and fellow Strap man Aidan Moffat also appear. Middleton's 'Into The Woods' LP appears on June 13th.
