Bit more on that White Stripes record...
disnews by DiS News April 13th, 2005
As you know, The White Stripes have revealed that their fifth album is to be called 'Get Behind Me Satan' and will be released on June 6th. However, for a download-friendly helping hand (not that we condone!), let us reveal more...

The record was mixed in Memphis at Ardent Studios and mastered in New York City at Masterdisk (thorough information, non?), and all thirteen tracks were written on piano, acoustic guitar and marimba (though obviously recorded with like, electrics and drums).

That there Jack White has described the record as an exploration of "Characters and Truth."

and the tracklisting?

1. Blue Orchid
2. The Nurse
3. My Doorbell
4. Forever For Her (Is Over For Me)
5. Little Ghost
6. The Denial Twist
7. White Moon
8. Instinct Blues
9. Passive Manipulation
10. Take, Take, Take
11. As Ugly As I Seem
12. Red Rain
13. I'm Lonely (But I Ain't That Lonely Yet)

there ya go...
