Neil Young has left hospital following surgery on a brain aneursym last week.
The 59-year-old singer is expected to make a full recovery. His agent, Bob Merlis, told reporters that Young will spend some time recuperating in New York before heading to Nashville to get back into the studio.
Young's problem was discovered when he complained of blurred vision at an induction ceremony for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last month.
