Michael was due to appear at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday at a concert for a breast cancer charity. The show, hosted by recently plumped-up Geri Halliwell, also features Ronan Keating and Tom Jones. Grrrreat.
The singer, not sighted around any lavs of late, will make a hefty donation - £50,000 - to the charity to make up for his no-show. A statement on his website reads: "He's devastated to miss the show Geri has organised, after all the hard work she's put into it."
