DiS London: Last-Minute Lineup Changes for Burfday Alldayers
As harped on about elsewhere in these pages, DiS has a couple of alldayers at Brixton Windmill this weekend - Sat 4th and Sun 5th of Oct.
But, as one of the dates has been cursed, there's been some changes to the bill.
Oct 4th
Todd, The Suffrajets and The Next Autumn Soundtrack are all no longer playing. Hiss! Replacing them: C-Jags now open the show at 5pm, playing their brand of punkrock. Following them are Oxford teens Gunnbunny (think: baby Winnebago Deal with a bass), who went down a storm at Truck Festival. And the new headliners are the female-fronted spunk rock lot The Barbs, whose single 'Massive Crush' was pretty ace indeed.
Oct 5th
Good lord, there appears to be no change to this bill, but as their name was left off the previous news stories and the band were only hinted at, we can reveal that those stylish Camberwell kidz Ludes will be playing a rare acoustic set. Hooray!
Get there early to both gigs for the free food. Someone bring us a cake, please.
