Aidan Moffat & Bill Wells released a quite wonderful album earlier this year, with Michael Wheeler waxing lyrical about it, and giving it 9/10. Fully deserved, don't you think. There's a new EP on the way from them, released on October 17 through Chemikal Underground. Excitingly the EP has a cover of Bananarama's 'Cruel Summer' and we've got the video for it. Yeah. Scottish folk singer Bert Jansch, founder of the band Pentangle, has died at the age of 67. He died in the early part of Wednesday morning at a hospice in London, having being diagnosed with lung cancer in June 2009. »
