I don't know about you, but Dom Gourlay's interview with Anton Newcombe from The Brian Jonestown Massacre from back in 2008 is one of the very best articles that have ever graced this website. Utterly entertaining. Anyway, side from that, the band will be releasing a singles collection, coming out through A Records on August 29.
All of the singles have been re-mastered and will be available on a two-disc CD, having never been available on CD and being different from tracks found on any BJM full-length. There's also a couple of tracks from Acid, another moniker the band performed and recorded under. Plus, there's also a 24-page booklet featuring the front and back album artwork of the original covers.
Here is the tracklisting for both discs:
Disc One:
- She Made Me
- Evergreen
- Convertible
- Their Majesties 2nd Request (Enrique's Dream)
- Hide & Seek
- Methodrone (Live at the Compound)

- Feelers
- Not If You Were the Last Dandy On Earth
Disco Two:
