It has been a fair ol' while since we've brought to you any ATP related news which, for this website, is quite a rarity. Thankfully enough this couldn't go on forever and we just HAD to tell you about the four new bands added to the bill for the My Bloody Valentine curated festival in December.
This time it's a quartet of solid, if not spectacular, additions. They have múm, School of Seven Bells, Th'Faith Healers and..dum dum duuuuuuum...Harmony Rockets performing, in full, Paralyzed Mind Of The Archangel Void, which could be something. múm were, of course, confirmed for the Ten Years Of ATP festival a while ago. Whether this means they'll now be staying on-site in between we're unsure.
For those not in the knowledge of what PMOTAV sounds like then, fortunately enough, it's on Spotify. Listen to it here.
Those additions leave the line-up so far looking like it is below:
My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, De La Soul, EPMD, Sun Ra Arkestra, The Horrors, Buzzcocks, Spectrum, Fucked Up, Le Volume Courbe, Wounded Knees, The Pastels, Witch, Lilys, A Place To Bury Strangers, J Mascis and the Fog, Bob Mould, Swervedriver, Dirty Three, Primal Scream, Serena Maneesh, Yo La Tengo, Brightblack Morning Light, The Membranes, Josh T Pearson, Ariel Pink, Lightning Bolt, That Petrol Emotion, múm, Harmony Rockets performing Paralyzed Mind of the Archangel Void, Th' Faith Healers and School Of Seven Bells.
